Admissions timeline and eligibility

Admissions are offered for Pre-Nursery to Class VII. Registration for all classes begins in January each year, and admission tests are conducted in March. Following the completion of the admission process, the academic session commences in April. Admissions are granted on the basis of a written test in English, Mathematics, and Urdu, followed by an interview. The written test is based on the curriculum of one class below the grade for which admission is sought. For example, applicants seeking admission to Class VI will be tested on the syllabus of Class V. Applications for admission are accepted on the prescribed Admission Form, which can be obtained from the College Office. The minimum age requirement is 3+ years for Pre-Nursery and 6+ years for Class I. For fresh admission to Pre-Nursery, parents are required to submit an attested copy of the child's NADRA B-Form, Foreign Birth Certificate, or Passport, where applicable. A School Leaving Certificate from the previous school must be submitted after the admission has been confirmed. Applicants are advised to complete the Admission Form carefully, as overwriting or alterations will not be accepted. Once the information has been entered and submitted, no changes or corrections will be permitted. Students leaving the College may collect their School Leaving Certificate within two months of their last date of attendance. The College places great emphasis on discipline, character, and responsible conduct. All students are expected to observe the College rules and regulations in their true spirit. Any complaint or violation of school rules is investigated through the prescribed disciplinary procedure, and appropriate action is taken where necessary. Students who demonstrate exemplary discipline, conduct, and commitment throughout the academic session are recognized with Certificates of Encouragement at the end of the session.
