OPF Girls College F-8/2, Islamabad

Established under the aegis of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), OPF Girls College F-8/2, Islamabad was founded with a dedicated vision: to deliver world-class education rooted in rich cultural and ethical values, serving both the children of Overseas Pakistanis and local students.

From its inception, the college grew rapidly into one of the premier educational institutions in the capital. Built on a custom-designed campus, the institution was structured to offer a comprehensive learning environment—combining modern academic blocks, advanced science and computer laboratories, extensive sports grounds, a well-stocked library, and dedicated hostel facilities.

Over the decades, OPF Girls College F-8/2 has consistently maintained a reputation for academic excellence, regularly achieving top positions under the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE). Today, it stands as a hallmark of academic rigor, holistic development, and female empowerment, equipping generations of young women to excel on global platforms.

Mission

OPF Girls College F-8/2 was established in 1986 with a vision to provide an enterprising institution in a Pakistani environment which is attributed with cultural and ethical values of Islam for young girls of Overseas Pakistanis, who offer blood and sweat in the progress of the country, specifically and all citizens in general. Since then it has been performing adamantly in flourishing the personalities with explicit knowledge, fundamental intellectual and physical skills, abiding confidence and self reliance.

Vision

This vision had made the founders of OPF Girls College start the educational process in a building which had all the essential facilities to fulfill this purpose. Spacious classrooms, an extensive library, vast play ground, capacious auditorium and well-managed hostel. Ms. Rabia Noor, the Founding Principal had started with a team of efficient and dedicated staff to create a history of accomplishment and pride and the legacy is persistently going on.
